StealthWatch is partnered with an innovative AI networking and observability start-up vendor that’s looking to hire an experienced Customer Experience Engineer to join its growing post-sales team. This is a customer-facing technical role where you’ll take ownership of customers after a successful Proof of Concept, working closely with the deployment team, production rollout and ongoing adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead customers from POC into production deployment
- Deliver onboarding, implementation and technical guidance
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Delivery teams
- Build long-term technical relationships with enterprise customers
- Support deployments, troubleshooting and platform optimisation
- Travel to customer sites for key milestones and technical reviews
Skills
- Strong networking background with technologies such as BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, routing, switching and telemetry
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Resident Engineer, Customer Success Engineering or Solutions Delivery
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving technical challenges
