Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ServiceCore is a rapidly growing field-service Software as a Service platform serving the portable sanitation and dumpster industries. They are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide multi-channel support, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, and phone, helping customers resolve questions and issues efficiently and clearly
- Troubleshoot product issues using Zendesk and Jira, knowing when to investigate further, when to escalate, and how to keep the customer informed throughout the process
- Own customer issues end-to-end, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and follow-ups actually happen
- Document and categorize issues accurately, helping improve reporting, internal visibility, and long-term product fixes
- Collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners, especially Product and Engineering, to surface patterns, edge cases, and recurring pain points
- Build strong product knowledge so you can confidently guide customers through workflows, features, and best practices without overcomplicating things
- Represent the customer’s perspective internally by sharing clear, practical feedback rooted in real usage and real impact
Skills
- Entry-level experience in customer support
- Ability to provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Experience troubleshooting product issues using Zendesk and Jira
- Ability to own customer issues end-to-end
- Strong documentation and categorization skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners
- Strong product knowledge to guide customers through workflows and features
- Customer-focused and practical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Clear communication skills, avoiding jargon and adapting tone
- Comfortable with support tools, especially Zendesk and Jira
- Accountable and organized with workload management
- Adaptable and curious, willing to learn new workflows
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Zendesk
- Familiarity with Jira
