[Remote] D365 SCM Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DynaTech Systems is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Production Planning module. The role involves leading functional implementations, conducting business process analyses, and engaging with clients during pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional implementation of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) with a primary focus on Production Planning
• Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, fit-gap workshops, and solution design
• Configure and implement Production Planning, Master Planning, Production Control, and related SCM modules
• Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend best-practice solutions
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations (Demos) for prospective customers during pre-sales engagements
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, proposal reviews, and customer presentations
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, testing, and deployments
• Prepare functional design documents, training materials, and user documentation
• Provide post-go-live support and user training

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with the Production Planning / Production Control module
• Deep understanding of: Master Planning, Bills of Materials (BOM), Routes, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Resource Scheduling, Inventory Management
• Experience leading client workshops and gathering business requirements
• Proven ability to conduct customer-facing product demonstrations and support pre-sales initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams
• Experience with additional D365 SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, or Quality Management
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM certifications are highly preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or process industries is a plus
