Role Overview – Remote Data Engineer (Full‑Time)
careerzynith’s Data Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Engineer to join our fast‑growing Data Science & Innovation (DSI) group. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that support a variety of analytics, machine‑learning, and reporting initiatives across the company. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering partners to ensure data is reliable, secure, and readily available for decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and optimize end‑to‑end ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL (Snowflake, PostgreSQL) and Python.
- Implement data validation, quality checks, and automated testing frameworks to guarantee pipeline integrity.

- Build and manage data models, schema designs, and data warehouse tables that support analytical workloads.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience building and supporting ELT/ETL pipelines in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with demonstrated experience using Snowflake or PostgreSQL.

- Experience developing and maintaining automated data pipelines in multi‑environment setups (Dev, QA, Production).
