Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Posting, editing, and managing a high volume of job advertisements on various online job boards, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and compliant with our clients' requirements.
- Quality checking online job advertisements for completion and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors, and ensuring that they meet our high standards.
- Communicating with job boards to resolve issues and errors, and providing excellent customer service to our clients and partners.
- Processing large volumes of tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilizing your strong computer and web navigation skills to efficiently complete tasks and meet deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of data entry experience (3+ years preferred), with a proven track record of accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- A typing speed of at least 60 WPM (80+ WPM preferred), with excellent keyboard skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- High-speed internet available in an adequate workspace, with a reliable computer and necessary software to perform the job requirements.
- Strong data entry skills, including speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and job boards.

Compensation and Perks
