Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nova 401(k) Associates is a vibrant and growing national third party administration firm specializing in 401(k) plans. They are seeking a Defined Contribution Account Manager to maintain client relationships, manage a caseload, and provide superior client service while working in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate
- Maintain a caseload with approximately 50% split between ADP and Safe Harbor plans
- Manage and prioritize your workload towards weekly goals in a results oriented team environment
- Exemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
- Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
- Document all client interactions in our workflow management system
- Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures
- Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study
Skills
- Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
- NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4 year college degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
- High level of critical thinking
