The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Baton is the trusted referral partner for home service companies nationwide, helping them monetize demand through a referral network. The Director of Partnerships will build and scale the supply side of Baton’s marketplace, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads and managing relationships with affiliates and traffic partners. Responsibilities
• Build and manage Baton’s affiliate and publisher program
• Recruit new publishers and strengthen relationships with top partners
• Expand inbound call and lead volume across multiple home service verticals
• Stand up early supply for new categories (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, solar, etc)
• Improve conversion, quality, and profitability using data and sub-ID tracking
• Implement clear compliance standards, consent rules, and traffic controls
• Partner with leadership to shape routing, payouts, and new supply initiatives
• Develop reporting and dashboards that make performance obvious and actionable
Skills
• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, pay-per-call, lead generation, or publisher development
• Comfortable managing publishers directly and optimizing traffic based on quality and margin
• Strong understanding of conversion performance, sub-ID tracking, and basic funnel metrics
• Experience with TCPA/consent standards and basic compliance workflows
• Hands-on with call tracking, landing pages, lead funnels, or warm-transfer flows
• Strong communicator who can build trust with partners
