Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Navina is a fast-growing digital health SaaS company that’s on a mission to transform the way physicians interact with patient data. They are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue generation and build relationships with healthcare executives in a consultative sales role.
Responsibilities
- Revenue generation with targeted, large, strategic opportunities
- Identifying, developing, qualifying, and closing opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in healthcare groups
- Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to key decision-makers
- Utilize CRM system effectively, ensuring information and sales forecasts are accurate
- Prioritize opportunities and coordinate with your internal team to provide the best customer experience
- Move the needle. You will develop strategies and execute them
- Remote. Traveling as necessary during the sales process and to conferences- Estimate up to 25%
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical area
- 5+ years' healthcare sales experience
- Knowledge of the health system ecosystem including the interplay between health plans and providers, as well as the structure of integrated delivery networks
- Must have experience selling to C-suite individuals within healthcare, including presenting and negotiating large opportunities, with a proven track record as a top performer
- A strategic, consultative sales mentality
- Experience using a CRM to manage all business and sales opportunities
- Saas experience
