They are seeking a Director of Project Management to lead clinical trials and programs, focusing on oncology, while managing client relationships and ensuring successful project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing both client management and deliverables of clinical trials
- Providing line management and individual team member development
- Maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers
- Providing leadership as the 'go to person' for issues both internal and external that may be in need of resolution
- Obtaining new business and delivering on time and on budget
- Maintaining client relationships
- Winning new business
- Participating in the proposal and bid defense process
Skills
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a science or health related field
- At least 10 years Project Management experience with a focus leading domestic and international oncology studies across phases
- Proven record of team building and leadership skills
- Strong client interaction
- Conflict resolution
- Risk management
- Strong financial knowledge
- Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 -15 years clinical research experience preferred
- Prior CRO experience preferred
