[Remote] Distinguished Architect, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

Responsibilities • Create and communicate comprehensive AI/ML strategy proposals to company leadership articulating the value, potential impact, and roadmap for implementation. The result should be a clear cross-company path to strategy, tactics, activities, timeline, budget, ownership, and impact • Define and drive company-wide AI governance, policies, and guidelines • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to align business needs of our customers, AI/ML strategy and execution which results into specifications and actionable roadmaps with measurable impact • Provide thought leadership to a team of AI professionals, setting clear goals, and leading the team to achieve breakthrough results in the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions • Regularly report to the executive team and key stakeholders on actionable AI initiatives, providing insights into progress, timelines, and expected returns • Conduct market analysis to stay on top of AI/ML trends and competitors, leveraging insights to guide strategic decisions • Drive partnerships and collaborations that enhance Acumatica's AI capabilities and market positioning • Represent Acumatica in various forums to showcase our investment AI/ML Skills • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields) • An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field is highly preferred • 15+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical leadership in enterprise scale AI and ML preferably within a SaaS or cloud computing environments • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful AI/ML solutions in a business context • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into actionable business items • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in nurturing talent and guiding teams to achieve ambitious goals Benefits • Healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents) • Employer paid Short-Term/Long-Term Disability and Basic life coverage • 401(k) plan with company match • Flexible time off • Sick and safe leave Company Overview • Acumatica is a cloud ERP system that offers business management solutions for companies.
