The role involves managing and growing a multi-state territory, developing dealer relationships, and driving finance penetration through dealer networks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a multi-state territory focused on increasing finance penetration through dealer networks
- Develop and maintain strong dealer relationships in a highly consultative, relationship-driven sales environment
- Partner with dealers to structure financing solutions, including floorplan, lease, and loan products
- Operate independently while managing territory production, dealer engagement, and growth initiatives
- Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel throughout the territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to support dealer success and move transactions efficiently through the process
Skills
- Candidates must currently live within the territory they support
- 10+ years of experience in commercial vehicle finance, transportation finance, or equipment finance
- 5+ years in a customer-facing sales or business development role
- Strong understanding of floorplan financing, leasing structures, and commercial lending products
- Demonstrated success managing dealer relationships across a territory or region
- Comfortable with frequent travel (approximately 60%+)
- Must currently reside within the territory being supported
- Vendor finance experience strongly preferred
