Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Maintain and update an organized system for the storage, retrieval, and management of company documents, records, and files. Quality Control: Ensure that all documents are in compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Version Control: Manage document versions and revisions, keeping track of changes and updates. Access Control: Regulate access to sensitive and confidential information, ensuring data security. Documentation Tracking: Monitor and report on the status of documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily available when needed. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and categorize documents. Process Improvement: Continuously assess document management processes and suggest enhancements for greater efficiency. Training: Educate team members on proper document control procedures and best practices.
