Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Education Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities • Cultivate a diverse pool of candidates tailored to specific instructional teams by employing innovative sourcing strategies. • Evaluate resumes, conduct initial Zoom interviews, and compile comprehensive interview notes. • Oversee candidate pipelines utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation of candidate feedback. • Craft and disseminate job advertisements across various platforms to attract top-tier talent. • Leverage your knowledge of the education sector to identify and engage potential instructors for our center. • Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to comprehend hiring needs and assist in requisition requirements. • Maintain exemplary organization and attention to detail while independently managing the recruitment process. • Availability for up to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule that accommodates your needs. Required Skills • Familiarity with passive sourcing techniques and tools for attracting high-quality candidates. • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Google Workspace. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication abilities for conducting interviews and liaising with the HR team. Qualifications • A Bachelor’s Degree is required. • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the education field, along with at least 3 years in a recruiting capacity.
