Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Education
- 5 Yrs. - 9 Yrs. Experience in Energy & Environmental Management Industry (Nuclear | Oil & Gas | Power & Utilities | Distribution Engineering)
- Relevant background, experience, and credentials to perform Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance (A&A) Services Support (Support to Fuel Cycle Campaigns)
- Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
- Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
- Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
- Ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
- Ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
- Understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people
- Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
- Persistent in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions
- Ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
