They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth across a defined book of named accounts by building senior-level relationships and closing high-value deals with firms in the wealth management industry.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across a named account portfolio – from initial outreach and qualification through demo, POC, negotiation, and close
- Build and advance relationships with C-suite and operational buyers, including CTOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, and Advisor Experience leaders
- Lead highly coordinated team selling efforts, partnering closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Relationship Management to deliver a seamless buying experience
- Drive POC engagements in collaboration with Solutions Engineering, ensuring prospects experience Wealthbox’s value in the context of their own environment
- Develop and execute account strategies that reflect the buying dynamics, stakeholder maps, and priorities unique to each named account
- Work effectively within partner-sourced deal flows, including RIA aggregators and OSJ networks, navigating the relationship dynamics those channels require
- Represent Wealthbox at key industry conferences, custodian events, and strategic prospect meetings
- Provide consistent, accurate pipeline forecasting and account documentation in Wealthbox CRM
- Surface market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market decisions
- Exceed quarterly and annual new business targets
Skills
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in an enterprise AE role
- Deep, firsthand experience selling into the wealth management industry – you know the buyers, the ecosystem, the language, and the competitive landscape
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles and multiple decision makers
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes including legal, compliance, and technical review
- Strong executive presence – you're credible and composed in front of a COO or CTO and know how to build champions below them
- A collaborative, team-first approach to selling – you've worked in coordinated, team-based sales motions and know how to leverage internal partners without losing ownership
- Experience working within or alongside RIA aggregators, OSJs, or broker-dealer networks is a strong differentiator
- Deep proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools to manage a named account portfolio, maintain accurate forecasts, and document activity rigorously
- Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable performing in a remote, high-growth environment
