The Enterprise Account Executive will lead direct engagement with Department of War organizations, focusing on building relationships and navigating complex sales cycles to position interos.ai as a trusted strategic capability.
Responsibilities
- Own direct sales engagement with Department of War organizations, including Air Force Space, and intelligence‑aligned entities
- Navigate complex federal procurement vehicles, contracting processes, and budget cycles
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with program offices, contracting officers, technical leadership, and integrators
- Develop opportunities from early discovery through award and expansion
- Partner with defense contractors and integrators to support aligned co‑sell motions
- Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline reporting, and account planning in Salesforce
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on defense supply chain risk, cyber readiness, and operational resilience
Skills
- 5+ years of experience selling directly into DoD or defense agencies
- Proven experience navigating complex federal procurement and long sales cycles
- Background selling mission-critical technology, cyber, intelligence, or risk platforms
- Ability to establish credibility with senior defense stakeholders
- Strong executive presence, patience, and operational discipline
