Skills
- Current Epic Professional Billing Certification
- Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification (current and active)
- Core PB experience including: Estimates, Self-Pay Follow-Up / SBO, Patient Statements, Insurance Follow-Up, Denials Management
- PB Claims expertise, including: Claim Attachments, Claim Status Integration
- Experience with design, build, testing, and ongoing technical support within Epic PB
