Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blue Ridge Associates is a leading ESOP administration firm dedicated to helping employees build financial independence. The ESOP Administration Consultant will manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring compliance and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end client engagements
- Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting
- Identifying and solving technical plan issues
- Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service
Skills
- 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
- Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
- Must be able to provide and maintain a distraction-free work environment, a professional workspace, and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Working toward QKA or QPA certification
- Experience with other plan types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.)
