The Executive Recruiter will drive business growth by managing the recruitment lifecycle and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across your sector, bringing a consultative, strategic approach to every conversation
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client intake and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement, delivering a smooth and professional experience at every step
- Nurture strong partnerships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their goals and ensuring long-term alignment
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Loxo and to uncover top-tier talent and hard-to-find skill sets
- Provide consultative insights and creative solutions that help clients attract, hire, and retain the best professionals in the market
Skills
- At least 2 years of success in recruitment or sales
- A track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Ability to identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities
- Experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Strong partnership building skills with clients and candidates
- Ability to leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Loxo
- Ability to provide consultative insights and creative solutions
- Articulate and confident communication skills
- Curiosity and openness to feedback
