Remote Finance Attorney - Practice Support (Non-Partnership Track Position)

Unique opportunity for an experienced Finance Attorney looking for a more flexible role while still working in a law firm setting. We’re working with an AmLaw Finance practice seeking to hire a Finance Practice Support Attorney (can be Remote). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Finance practice experience who’s ready to leave the demands of a full-time Associate or Counsel position but still wants to contribute meaningfully to a top-tier practice. Ideal Candidate: • Law firm practice experience in Banking/Finance transactions, ideally at the Mid/Senior Associate or Counsel levels (experience in fund formation matters helpful as well). • Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, especially in Finance transactions. • Strong organizational skills and an interest in mentoring and training junior attorneys. • Looking for a more flexible role while staying in a law firm environment (great alternative to going in-house). Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain forms and templates for the practice group. • Train junior attorneys on diligence processes. • Negotiate routine transactional documentation involved in Finance transactions, including customary legal opinions, deposit account control agreements, and more. • Evaluate and test new legal technology to improve efficiency. Position Highlights: • Pay Range: $175,000–$225,000 • Flexibility: Fully remote role with a more traditional work schedule.
