Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency. Supervise accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing. Monitor cash flow and maintain robust relationships with banking partners. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. Conduct regular financial analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making efforts. Lead the annual audit process by collaborating with external auditors and organizing necessary documentation. Work closely with program directors to align financial resources with the goals of various programs. Provide training and support to staff on financial policies and procedures, fostering a culture of financial literacy. Required Skills Profound understanding of non-profit financial management practices, including grant accounting and compliance. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork. A genuine passion for the non-profit mission and a commitment to maintaining fiscal integrity. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial position, preferably within the non-profit sector.
