Remote Financial Analyst - Disney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at Disney, working remotely from Louisiana, USA. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Domestic Marketing Centers of Excellence, specifically the Yellow Shoes organization, which executes Marketing initiatives for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Aulani, National Geographic Expeditions, and Consumer Products. In collaboration with the team and Marketing partners, you will assist in executing ongoing financial planning processes, including creating executive presentations and ad-hoc requests. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the financial accuracy of the organization. You will also be responsible for managing the structure and maintenance of Marketing project structures, working closely with Marketing partners and internal finance partners. Key Responsibilities: Complete ongoing financial cycles, including Annual Operating Plan, Long Term Plan, and Monthly Forecasts. Collaborate and communicate effectively within the Marketing and Finance teams. Assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. Develop and present executive-level presentations. Lead the development and maintenance of project structures in SAP. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business needs. Requirements: Strong Excel and SAP skills. Proven understanding of Finance and Accounting processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Graduate degree in a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
