Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between Finance and Operations, learning the business from start to finish and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Develop and implement effective financial and performance-related reporting, in partnership with business leaders, to inform strategic decisions. Analyze data from multiple sources, compiling it into dashboards, reports, and ongoing analyses to validate and support business decisions. Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets and income statement forecasts, to drive business growth and optimization. Requirements: 2-year college degree required; 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting a plus. Proven experience in corporate finance or financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, financial modeling, and data analysis (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumifs, etc.). Ability to conduct quantitative research, interpret financial data accurately, and communicate complex ideas effectively. Preferred Skills: Highly motivated self-starter with impeccable organization skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work under deadlines.
