Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Farmina is an innovative Pet Nutrition Company focusing on servicing dog and cat pet parents. As a Follow Up Pet Nutritionist/Customer Service, you will be responsible for driving sales through supporting pet parents to manage the health and well-being of their pets.
Responsibilities
- Support a minimum of 40 pet parents daily by providing solutions while ensuring the pet parent is satisfied
- Learn to identify customer needs to recommend the appropriate product and service offerings
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, SMS, etc
- Provide clients nutritional and product support including but not limited to sending custom feeding plans (nutritional plan), creating condition sheets, and invite users to download the Farmina Genius App
- Assist Senior Customer Care representative with other follow-up related projects
Skills
- 2-3 years' experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure while handling high volume workload
- Able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree preferred
