Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential company is building Decisionware: AI decision systems that turn SME expertise into executable decision flows. They are seeking a product marketing and growth operator who can define the category and create impactful content for enterprise verticals.
Responsibilities
- Defining and sharpening the Decisionware category narrative
- Turning customer pain, product proof, and market signals into high-conviction content
- Building an AI-native content engine across LinkedIn, email, landing pages, webinars, one-pagers, case studies, and founder-led campaigns
- Creating vertical-specific messaging for enterprise operators, SMEs, CFOs, and transformation leaders
- Building outbound and inbound growth loops that generate qualified design customer conversations
- Developing sales collateral, discovery assets, ROI calculators, competitive positioning, and demo narratives
- Testing hooks, channels, audiences, and messages rapidly, then doubling down on what works
- In the first 90 days, you will:
- Build the core Decisionware narrative and messaging system
- Launch a vertical-specific content and outbound campaign
- Produce a repeatable cadence of high-signal enterprise content
- Generate qualified customer conversations
- Build the first version of the Framework growth operating system
Skills
- 5+ years in product marketing, growth, demand generation, or founder-led GTM for B2B SaaS, AI, automation, data, enterprise software, or infrastructure
- Strong ability to turn complex technical ideas into simple, sharp market narratives
- Experience creating content that drives pipeline, not just awareness
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyers, vertical GTM, ABM, and sales enablement
- High fluency with AI tools for research, content creation, campaign execution, personalization, and analytics
- Comfort operating without a large team, agency, or polished machine around you
- Evidence of having built something from scratch: a content engine, growth loop, category narrative, community, or pipeline motion
- AI/research: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, NotebookLM
- GTM/data: Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce
- Campaigns: Instantly, Smartlead, Customer.io, HubSpot
- Web/content: Webflow, Framer, Figma, Canva
- Analytics: GA4, PostHog, Amplitude, LinkedIn analytics
- SEO/market intel: Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb
- Video/content: Descript, Loom, Riverside
- This is not a “write some blog posts” role
- You will help define a new enterprise software category at the moment AI is moving from answers to actions
- The person who wins this role will know how to make:
