- Background in cost reduction, expense auditing, or profitability improvement initiatives
- Experience in fractional, consulting, or advisory roles supporting executive leadership or owners
- Ability to work remotely with strong self-management, organization, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with financial modeling tools, spreadsheets, and modern accounting or ERP systems
