[Remote] Global Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is seeking an experienced Global Project Manager for a Contract position in Tampa, FL. The role involves leading a high-visibility software and AI development initiative, overseeing the delivery of a global Quoteland tool, and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global software and AI development project delivery across distributed teams
• Manage execution of the Quoteland tool development, including integration of AI and legacy systems
• Coordinate collaboration between Jabil teams and external AI partner (ID8 AI)
• Identify and close global collaboration gaps across stakeholders and delivery teams
• Oversee IT change management processes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and workflows
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across global teams
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business and operational goals
• Support development of scalable, repeatable global delivery practices

Skills

• 5–8 years of global project/program management experience
• Experience managing software development projects with AI or data-driven components
• Strong understanding of IT change management principles and execution
• Proven experience working with distributed/global teams
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled platforms or digital transformation programs
• Background in enterprise systems, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• PMP or similar project management certification
