They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
Responsibilities
- You'll refine approved campaign briefs into workback plans, write campaign copy, and run multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic channels, including social, lifecycle, adoption, cross-sell, and partner campaigns
- You'll coordinate agencies and contributors, keep webinars and follow-up on track, and make sure content gets repurposed and distributed well beyond its first send
Skills
- 3-5 years Experience owning multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end, from brief through performance review
- Strong campaign copywriting that adapts to brand voice
- Comfort working across a core marketing stack (CRM, paid and organic channel tools, website CMS, webinar platforms, analytics)
- Based in or able to work from the Chicago area
- Experience marketing to B2B SaaS or financial services audiences
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads specifically
- Experience with lifecycle or adoption-focused campaigns aimed at existing customers, not just net-new acquisition
