Future Digital is a growth marketing partner for women and family health startups, seeking a Head of Growth to lead their paid media and performance creative efforts. The role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on account management, focusing on growing the media practice and expanding client results through innovative strategies and creative solutions. Responsibilities • You own the media practice — the strategy, the channel mix, the creative engine, and the operating systems that let a senior team deliver consistently and expand client results • You lead a focused set of growth accounts directly — in the strategy, on the calls, accountable for performance — directing strategists and specialists on execution rather than living in the platforms yourself • You own the growth engine. Paid acquisition strategy across the book — what we run, where, and why • You grow and evolve how we make performance creative — the testing rhythm, the quality bar, the people • You're the lead on a focused set of accounts — owning the strategy, on the calls, accountable for outcomes — with strategists and specialists executing under you • You look across each client's performance and tell the story of it clearly — to founders, to marketing leads, to the team • You set the direction for budget, channels, scale, what to cut • You manage the capacity planning, reporting cadences, QA, and operating rhythm of the media side • You actively integrate AI into media, creative, and reporting Skills • Deep in paid media, built at a strong growth agency • A practice builder, not just a buyer • A strong communicator who understands how to frame performance and align with the brand's business goals • Creative-minded about performance • Data-driven in your growth judgment • An active AI integrator • Looking for a home • Comfortable with a fractional engagement to start • Your paid media leadership experience — including where you've owned strategy, expanded clients into new channels, and led the client relationship • Range of monthly paid media budgets you've managed or overseen • Your experience across health, wellness, and family / consumer verticals • What's driving you to look for a new role right now • Part-time or full-time • Expected salary and/or contractor compensation • Agency or growth-startup operations experience is a strong plus Company Overview • Future Digital is a woman owned performance marketing agency for female-focused consumer brands.
