Position Overview:
We are looking for a caring and detail-oriented Remote Healthcare Assistant to become part of our expanding virtual care team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and patient support remotely, helping to maintain smooth communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for patient queries through phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Coordinate and confirm online medical appointments
- Maintain and update patient information in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Assist with processing prescription requests, specialist referrals, and appointment follow-ups
- Collaborate with medical professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Uphold patient privacy and ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a medical administrative or support role (remote experience is a bonus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort using digital tools and familiarity with healthcare platforms (EMR/EHR experience is advantageous)
