About the Role:
The Healthcare Digital Mailroom Specialist plays a critical role in managing high volumes of mail and documents in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mail, maintaining high levels of quality production, and meeting productivity metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and coordinate mail according to guidelines
- Maintain high levels of quality production, meeting hourly KPIs
- Perform electronic indexing and scan processed documents
- Create and validate envelope tracking and barcodes
- Provide outbound customer service and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of data entry and/or processing experience preferred
- Ability to type 35-40wpm with 95% accuracy
- Basic computer literacy or ability to quickly learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
