Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain enthusiasm and support the hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
