They are seeking an HR Consultant to provide flexible HR capacity across internal priorities and external client work, supporting various employee relations matters and advising senior leaders.

- Experienced HR professional
- Strong employee relations experience
- Sound employment law knowledge

- Ability to advise senior leaders with confidence
- Experience of working in schools, academies, multi-academy trusts or the wider education sector
- Experience of restructures, redundancy, TUPE or organisational change
