They are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to act as a strategic partner throughout the organization, driving key HR initiatives while overseeing the complete employee experience. Responsibilities • Collaborate with senior leadership on talent retention strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development • Oversee and enhance HR programs encompassing performance management, benefits administration, and employee engagement efforts • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for managers and employees regarding employment-related questions, HR procedures, and company policies • Assist with payroll administration and work alongside finance on matters related to compensation • Lead employee engagement programs and foster an inclusive, supportive remote workplace culture • Handle comprehensive employee lifecycle management, from onboarding through offboarding and internal mobility, across various jurisdictions and time zones • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations in every US location where remote team members reside • Support talent acquisition activities including candidate correspondence, interview coordination, and job posting management • Keep employee records and HRIS information current and accurate; produce analytics and reports that inform business strategy • Create and revise HR policies and employee handbooks to align with evolving legal standards and industry best practices Skills • Experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a remote-first company • Strong understanding of HR programs including performance management, benefits administration, and employee engagement • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership on talent retention strategies and workforce planning • Knowledge of employment-related questions, HR procedures, and company policies • Experience with payroll administration and compensation matters • Proven ability to lead employee engagement programs and foster an inclusive workplace culture • Experience in employee lifecycle management including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility • Knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations • Experience supporting talent acquisition activities including candidate correspondence and interview coordination • Proficiency in maintaining employee records and HRIS information • Ability to produce analytics and reports that inform business strategy • Experience in creating and revising HR policies and employee handbooks Company Overview • Keller Executive Search is a boutique executive recruitment and advisory firm dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations worldwide.
