Project Kitty Hawk is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to serve as an adjunct instructor for an online course in Human Resource Management. The role involves developing course content, delivering lectures, engaging students, and measuring performance in a fully online format.

Skills
- Master's or Ph.D. from a regionally accredited university, preferably from an AACSB International–accredited program, in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline
- Candidates holding a master's degree must have a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline and significant, relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years of professional work experience in Human Resources, Management, or Organizational Behavior
- Faculty must be credentialed at a minimum level of Instructional Practitioner (IP), consistent with the School's accreditation standards
- Experience teaching online courses
- Demonstrated currency in the Human Resources / Management discipline
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience using instructional technology and sound overall technology proficiency
- Ability to actively engage learners and foster meaningful online learning experiences
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work collaboratively and collegially with multiple, diverse stakeholders
- Earned Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB-accredited program or an equally relevant accredited program
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
