About the Role: As a Human Resources Consultant, you'll provide expert support to clients on all HR matters, including compensation, benefits, payroll administration, policies, onboarding, off-boarding, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations. You'll ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and serve as a trusted HR contact for client stakeholders, internal HR teams, and employees.
