Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on HR policies, programs, and processes. Collaborate with management to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the organizations strategic objectives. Implement HR programs that foster staff development and enhance organizational effectiveness. Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Analyze HR data to drive improvements in talent management and ensure adherence to best practices. Address complex employee relations matters, providing sound guidance on risk mitigation. Work alongside subject matter experts to address workplace accommodations and health-related issues. Required Skills Extensive expertise in employee relations, compensation, staffing, and talent development. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust within diverse teams. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with proficiency in clear reporting and presentations. Demonstrated project management capabilities and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of pertinent experience; 8-10 years preferred.
