This critical role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including exceptional leadership abilities, team management skills, and analytical capabilities. As a Hybrid Controller, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring timely payments, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise all financial functions to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping Manage the monthly closing procedures and guarantee the accuracy of financial reports Collaborate with auditors for annual audits and tax documentation Analyze financial data to offer critical insights that guide our strategic decisions Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their development and success Required Skills and Qualifications Exceptional leadership abilities and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in accounting software, with Sage Intacct being a desirable asset Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is preferred CPA certification is mandatory A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting with demonstrable success in a similar capacity Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous Career Growth Opportunities and Company Culture Our organization offers significant potential for career advancement within a supportive and dynamic environment.
