Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone with selecting the right products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers
- Sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs
Skills
- Candidates must reside in Georgia
- High speed cable internet (25mbs minimum (No DSL))
- A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in your house to work from
- Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
- Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet
- Ability to communicate clearly both with internal and external customers
- Willingness to 'go to work' for our customers
- Genuine automotive interest
- High level of attention to detail

- Knack for problem-solving
- Experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior careers within the automotive industry
