Responsibilities
- Support the management of a large commercial and personal lines book of business
- Deliver excellent customer service, assisting clients with policy inquiries, renewals, and endorsements
- Collaborate closely with a senior broker to learn best practices in client relationship management and sales
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Apply critical thinking to solve problems, anticipate client needs, and take initiative in day-to-day responsibilities
Skills
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset (sales or service)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to stay on top of competing priorities and tight deadlines
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and thrives with minimal supervision
- Patient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service
