KellyOCG is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to lead and execute the strategy of non-paid marketing activities focused on B2B merchant acquisition for a New Verticals Marketplace business. This role involves significant strategic responsibility and collaboration across teams to drive merchant engagement and activation.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the partner marketing workstream, including email retargeting campaigns, app store optimization, and co-marketing coordination
- Develop and manage content and messaging targeted to SMB retail audiences through case studies, merchant testimonials, and category-specific content (e.g., Pets, Beauty, Home Goods)
- Build and oversee content syndication and placements in trade media
- Collaborate with the paid media team and creative agencies to develop a paid creative testing roadmap
- Oversee relationships and deliverables with SEO and content agencies, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with paid media, CRM, brand, and external agency partners to ensure integrated and seamless campaign execution
Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B or SMB marketing, content marketing, or integrated marketing, ideally within high-growth technology, marketplace, or e-commerce environments
- Proven ability to independently own content and partner marketing workstreams from strategic brief through execution
- Excellent writing and messaging skills, with the ability to craft copy that resonates with busy business owners
- Demonstrated organizational ability to manage concurrent agency relationships, multiple campaigns, and shifting priorities
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and landing page optimization, including managing SEO agencies and optimizing content for discovery
- Proactive, action-oriented attitude; able to quickly onboard and make an impact in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with the Shopify merchant ecosystem or similar SMB e-commerce platforms strongly preferred
- Experience with SMB retail, restaurant, or local business audiences is a plus
