HH Global is a global marketing activation partner that connects brands to their customers and delivers sustainable marketing activation at scale. They are seeking a highly organized and strategic Integrated Marketing & Paid Media Marketing Manager to execute high-impact brand media campaigns, ensuring quality across partner activations and managing the full lifecycle of paid media trafficking and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of the client’s brand campaign marketing materials
- Support the development of co-marketing initiatives with major retail partners and consumer brands to integrate media strategies into key retail tentpoles and sponsorship moments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the client’s internal teams and external partners to facilitate the rollout of GTM initiatives, troubleshooting roadblocks to maximize channel investments and brand consideration
- Manage the end-to-end paid media trafficking process across brand media, including Social Platforms, YouTube, Podcasts, and TV/CTV
- Coordinate with internal media team and external agencies to ensure creative deliverables and rotations adhere to best practices and technical specifications
- Lead the tracking and reporting of campaign performance, asset spend, brand lift, creative testing, and ad recall
- Manage paid media budgets, including opening POs, adhering to finance deadlines and monitoring campaign pacing
- Manage creative testing process and analysis
- Facilitate "tissue sessions" and educational deep dives with agencies and platforms to refine creative concepts and maintain alignment on business goals
- Collaborate with retail teams to pull consumers through the funnel via retargeting and traffic drivers to brand stores during key sales events
Skills
- 5-7+ years in management with direct experience involving paid media
- Proficiency in managing social ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and familiarity with Brand Lift Study (BLS) methodologies
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships with high-profile clients, agencies, and platform partners
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing tight timelines for multi-channel campaign launches
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional planning sessions and confidently present media strategies to senior client leadership
- Agency-side experience or experience working in tech/consumer goods is highly preferred
