This role is designed to prepare individuals for promotion into full Account Executive positions while providing hands-on experience in sales and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Executives in identifying and onboarding new broker relationships
- Support the preparation and delivery of training presentations and marketing materials
- Help facilitate broker access to systems and tools, including password setup and application guidance
- Provide basic instruction on company procedures, forms, and fee structures
- Maintain and update sales contact databases under supervision
- Monitor broker communications and assist in distributing updates on programs and procedures
- Track pipeline activity and report findings to senior team members
- Shadow senior Account Executives during broker visits and virtual meetings
- Participate in internal training sessions to build product and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and support
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in mortgage banking, financial services, or sales support
- Strong interest in developing a career in TPO mortgage lending
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel occasionally with senior team members
