We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to lead complex technology projects, develop and implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex technology projects with company-wide impact, driving innovation and excellence
- Develop and implement best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions
- Design, code, test, debug, and document initiatives and programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Review and analyze complex technology solutions, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders
- Make informed decisions, influencing and leading technology teams to meet deliverables and drive new projects
- Collaborate with key technical experts, senior technology teams, and external business partners to solve complex technical problems
- Lead initiatives, teams, or function as a peer mentor, sharing knowledge and expertise with others
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects
- 5+ years of experience working on automation initiatives, with a deep understanding of automation principles and practices
- 5+ years of Java experience, with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Java-based solutions
- 5+ years of experience with Angular UI, with a strong understanding of front-end development principles and practices
- 3+ years of experience with Windows/Powershell, Ansible, and Terraform, with a strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices
- 5+ years of experience working with databases, including Oracle or SQL, with a strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technology, with a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices
- Experience with strategic road mapping, with a strong understanding of technology strategy and planning principles
- Experience mentoring junior engineers, with a strong passion for knowledge sharing and talent development
