Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique situations. • Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention via teletherapy, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. • Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops focused on topics such as self-care, stress management, and coping strategies to enhance participant engagement and growth. • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources to ensure a coordinated approach to client care. • Participate in outreach efforts to educate the community about mental health resources and increase awareness regarding the importance of mental wellness. • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and compliance regulations as mandated by state and federal laws. Qualifications • Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). • A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s Degree or higher. • A demonstrated understanding of mental health issues that are prevalent among diverse populations, particularly in a remote therapy context. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with other professionals in a virtual environment. Preferred Experience • Experience in providing telehealth services, particularly in a mental health setting. • Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques and brief therapy models that enhance client outcomes in a remote setting. • Proven ability to manage a varied caseload with differing levels of client complexity while maintaining high-quality care.
