Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AAA Minneapolis Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Life & Health to join our growing remote team. This role is responsible for driving agency growth by selling Medicare products during enrollment periods and life insurance during the off-season.
Responsibilities
- Sell Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans during enrollment periods, and life insurance during the off-season
- Conduct needs-based assessments to deliver tailored insurance solutions that align with client goals
- Leverage agency-provided leads and grow business through referrals and community engagement
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy guidance
- Utilize quoting tools and CRM systems to deliver accurate, compliant proposals and track client activity
Skills
- Must hold an active Life and Health Insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, particularly in health and life sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrable commitment to client satisfaction and an ability to tailor advice to individual needs
- Proficient in managing tasks and communication in a fully remote environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication tools effectively
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new processes and procedures
