What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies with customers and depots
- Coordinate national and international freight, optimizing transport without pallet swaps
- Serve as the main contact for contract customers reputed company phone and email, managing the full order process
- Collaborate with production, logistics, sales, and quality teams to support reputed company improvement
- Handle claims and resolve customer issues reputed company while maintaining accurate master data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or a customer-facing role reputed company the logistics industry
