The Managing Partner role involves advising healthcare clients at a strategic level, developing proposals that align Gartner’s insights with clients’ business objectives, and driving strategic deals within key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients at the highest strategic level with both big-picture and tactical guidance on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes
- Develop compelling proposals and corresponding business plans that marry Gartner’s key insights to clients’ critical business objectives
- Articulate to clients the breadth and depth of Gartner Consulting Solutions
- Drive strategic deals in key accounts with repeatable potential
- Lead pursuit development efforts
- Build accounts over time, by shifting from transactional activity toward a business stream driven by growing client relationship and trusted advisor status
- Execute account planning
Skills
- An excellent understanding of Healthcare Industry with a focus on the provider space providing strategy solution
- Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm
- Experience in one or more of: CIO Advisory Services, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, Technology and IT Strategy (infrastructure and/or applications), Sourcing, Vendor management and Contract Optimization, Strategic Transformation
- Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles
- Experience in leading IT strategy engagements, and leading sales pursuits and proposal development and solutioning
- An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal
- An unwavering commitment to the success of your team, and willingness to provide constructive/ corrective action when/ if needed
- MBA qualification desirable
