Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 1872 Consulting is a fast-growing fintech that embeds digital investing within the online and mobile banking apps of credit unions and community banks. They are seeking a Marketing Account Manager to manage relationships with financial institution partners, guiding them in effectively marketing their product and optimizing campaign strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of credit union and bank partners as their primary marketing point of contact
- Get partners actively marketing the product to their members, then optimize what's working
- Guide partners through multi-channel campaign planning, execution, and measurement
- Advise on segmentation and targeting so campaigns reach the members most likely to convert
- Turn partner feedback and campaign data into fresh ideas and clear recommendations
- Juggle competing priorities across multiple partners without losing quality or speed
- Brief and collaborate with internal content and design to build campaign assets
- Work with compliance to keep every partner-facing campaign within regulatory lines
- Track and report adoption metrics, and feed what's working back into shared playbooks and toolkits
Skills
- 5+ yrs in account management, client services, product marketing, or marketing strategy. Agency background strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing multiple client relationships at once, each with distinct goals
- B2B2C or affinity/partner marketing experience
- Strong consultative communicator who listens, asks the right questions, and turns insight into action
- Cool under pressure, adapts style across different partner personalities
- Working fluency with BI or data tools (Looker, Tableau, Excel/Sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with or within banks, credit unions, or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with financial-services marketing compliance
- Hands-on with CRM / marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
- Fintech, embedded finance, or B2B2C background
