As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will serve as a strategic partner and operational force multiplier, aligning strategic priorities and driving cross-functional execution across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and project-manage high-priority, cross-functional projects that do not naturally fall within a single vertical function (e.g., cross-functional GTM plays, market expansion plans)
- Organize, facilitate, and follow up on weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and annual GTM strategic planning sessions
- Serve as a connector between Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and finance to ensure metrics, forecasting, and resource allocations align perfectly with GTM goals
- Draft executive communications, board presentations, keynote materials, and internal updates for the CRO and CMO
- Act as a proxy and sounding board for the CMO in key discovery calls, tracking meetings, and strategic alignment sessions when necessary
Skills
- 6+ years of total experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- At least 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, Strategy/Operations, Sales Ops, or Management Consulting role
- Deep understanding of software GTM models, Pipeline Mechanics, Sales stages, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and marketing conversion funnels
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of moving complex, ambiguous projects from ideation to execution
- Ability to build strong relationships, navigate corporate dynamics, and influence senior leaders across functions without direct authority
- Strong capability to turn raw data into strategic narratives, paired with elite slide-building and presentation design skills
